Description

　　Robert Half is searching for a Receptionist to temporarily manage the front desk at a Portland company. Responsibilities include greeting guest, answering a busy multiline phone, data entry, filing, and email communication. The ideal candidate will be sharp, eager to learn and interested in working their way up through a company structure.

　　Essential functions:

　　Greeting guest and clients

　　Answering a busy multiline phone. Appox. 100 calls a day

　　Accurately input data

　　Provide administrative support

　　Facilitate email correspondence

　　Requirements

　　1+ years administrative experience, preferably, receptionist experience

　　Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

　　Excellent people skills

　　Team player

　　Eager to learn

　　Work well under pressure

　　Attention to detail and ability to multitask is a must
