Pay rate: $16/hour
Schedule- Mon-Fri 8am-4pm 30 minutes or 1hour lunch. Aprox 35 hours a week
Duration of Assignment- Jan 24th until Mid April 2024

What’s a typical day as a Receptionist? You’ll be:
• Answering and routing incoming phone calls for 10 or more lines.
• Taking and relaying telephone messages.
• Greeting, escorting, and directing visitors.
• Providing general information to callers or visitors.
• Providing telephone directory assistance.
• Communicating clearly and accurately.
• Using a telephone system to receive and transfer calls.
• Showing patience and courtesy when dealing with people.
• Possessing basic computer skills including word processing.
• May be required to provide information to callers regarding products/services.
