　　Entry Level Staff Accountant

　　Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

　　Pay: $60K - $70K (depending on experience)

　　Length: This is a Permanent and Direct placement !

　　At least 1 year Accounting Experience

　　Bachelors Degree in Accounting

　　Quick Learner and Self Starter Attitude

　　Strong Excel Experience

　　Ability to Work Onsite

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　General Ledger Maintenance: Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger using appropriate accounting principles and standards.

　　Month-end and Year-end Closing: Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

　　Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts to subsidiary ledgers, bank statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

　　Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

　　Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to general ledger accounts and transactions.

　　Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance controls, and improve efficiency in general ledger accounting procedures.

　　Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all ledger activities.
