Overview
Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to various departments.
Log in computer received items
Maintain required records and reports as directed.
Refers non-routine problems to Designated Representative
Learns, understands, and complies with all company and customer policies.
Make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness of mailroom operations.
Correspond directly with clients by face to face, electronic, or telephone communications to service client inquiries promptly and with a high level of customer service.
Reports directly to the Material & Mail Manager and or applicable Supervisors.
Strong Work Ethic and desire to succeed.
Experience resolving conflicts, dealing with customers who need immediate resolution.
Computer competency with the ability to quickly become proficient in new software packages.
Ability to professionally communicate via email and phone correspondence.

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
6+ months of similar work experience
Basic computer skills/knowledge with the ability to use email and spreadsheets
ABM Healthcare Support Services required testing
10 panel drug screen for controlled substances
Physical examination – must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
MMR titer
Hepatitis B vaccine series or signed declination
Flu shot (October 1 through April 30)
PPD skin test (2-step)
History of chicken pox or Varicella vaccines shot
Pay Rate : $14.93/hr.
Shift: 7:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
