Job Title: Receiver and Delivery Driver

　　Location: Deer Valley (I-17 & W Pinnacle Peak RD)

　　Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

　　Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision and 401k)

　　Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (NO nights, NO weekends, and NO major holidays!)

　　Envita is seeking to add an organized and detail-oriented Delivery and Receiving Coordinator position to our growing Supply Chain department. This position will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of receiving and sorting orders, transporting supplies, and stocking inventory to maintain proper stock levels. Communicating well with others and the ability to work as a team to achieve goals is an essential part of this job. The expectations of this role include but are not limited to, the following.

　　Responsibilities:

　　•             Performs visual inspection on all materials delivered for damage

　　•             Receive and distribute all orders to appropriate areas

　　•             Stock labs, nursing supplies, and pharmacy supplies as needed

　　•             Transport supplies and medications in a timely manner to multiple sites using Envita’s cargo van

　　•             Compare order receipts to packing slips to confirm all items have been received

　　•             Consistently communicate with Supply Chain team members or clinic staff to confirm needs are                       met

　　•             Additional projects as needed

　　Required Qualifications:

　　•             High School diploma

　　•             Must be able to frequently lift to 50lbs

　　•             Valid Arizona Driver’s License and ability to meet Envita’s driving requirements

　　•             Clean motor vehicle record

　　•             Must have superb communication skills

　　•             Strong time management

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　•             Completion of a 2-year degree from a college or university

　　•             At least one year of professional experience driving a box truck or larger commercial vehicle

　　•             Relevant experience in supply chain or warehouse environment
