These individuals handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects.

In corporate real estate management at PwC, you will focus on the management of physical assets and properties owned or leased by the Firm or clients for business operations. Your work will involve identifying, leasing, and managing real estate portfolios.

The Opportunity

As part of the Infrastructure and Property - Corporate Real Estate Management team you are expected to manage corporate real estate architectural and interior design, construction practices, construction accounting, and commercial leases. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to also manage construction contracts, capital projects related financial and budgeting management, and construction cost control management.

Lead and manage large-scale real estate projects

Innovate processes in architectural and interior design

Maintain operational excellence and client interactions

Oversee construction contracts and capital projects

Manage financial and budgeting aspects of construction projects

Maintain cost control management in construction practices

Drive project success through strategic advising and process improvements

Collaborate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback

What You Must Have

High School Diploma

6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering preferred

Knowledge of corporate real estate architectural and interior design

Managing construction practices and accounting

Understanding commercial leases

Leading construction project controls

Negotiating lease and vendor agreements

Performing cost-benefit analysis

Preparing management reports

Problem-solving and critical thinking

The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $315,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
