React Tech Lead

　　Key R esponsibilities:

　　You'll directly manage the people and process for web application development using React.

　　You will provide leadership, skills development opportunities, and mentoring to engineers in a collaborative way. 

　　Participate in product planning ensure we are building the right things and delivering them at the right time for our customers while minimizing technical debt.

　　Lead development of React applications.

　　Engage in hands-on coding and to be responsible for thorough code & design review and redesign of existing applications.  

　　Collaborate with Product Owner, UI/UX and Other stakeholders to define and develop the applications. 

　　To be responsible for giving input and following a project plan and backlog to develop custom frontend functionality.

　　To be responsible for generating estimates, following a schedule, and meeting deadlines. 

　　Proven experience in setting up and managing end-to-end CI/CD Pipelines

　　Eligibility :

　　Minimum 10+ years of experience in front-end development.

　　Solid knowledge of ES6.

　　Deep knowledge and minimum of 6 +years’ experience in React js

　　Good experience in TypeScript.

　　Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client)

　　Must have experience in the full project life cycle including defining requirements, evaluating alternatives, designing, developing, and implementing solutions.

　　Good knowledge of Git.

　　Knowledge of Browser API’s.

　　Knowledge of front-end instruments

　　Confident in fundamentals like Data structures, Algorithm & Problem-solving skills.

　　Good team player with good written and verbal communication skills.

　　Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology.

　　Upper-Intermediate level of English language proficiency.

　　Will be a plus:

　　Experience with Micro frontends

　　Experience with Unit testing

　　Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or relevant experience.
