  Position: R&D Senior Member of Technical Staff, Product Development

  Qualifications: Experienced C#, C++ and .Net developer in Windows application

  Location: Hyderabad, India – Hybrid (60% office, 40% remote)

  Employment type: Full-time regular (flexible working options available)

  Responsibilities:

  You will work with the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and the Scrum Team to understand, define and implement solution requirements in Engineering product.

  Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members including sprint planning and estimating, backlog refinement, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.

  Ensure your code is fully reviewed, unit tested and documented and delivered to agreed quality standards.

  Develop and deliver features to an agreed set of requirements and user stories such that product test can verify delivery of the functionality.

  Ensuring strong technical guidance in how the applications function from both an engineering and software development perspective.

  Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  6+ years of hands-on software development experience.

  Windows Application Development.

  Object Oriented design and development.

  Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+, WPF, WCF

  Microsoft C#, C++ development

  Microsoft Entity Framework

  Experience of agile, or structured development organization.

  Functional and/or Systems Analysis

  Quick learner, enthusiastic and result oriented.

  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and quality, ability to think strategically and logically.

  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  Self-motivated and possessing a passion for success.

  A good facilitator and organizer

  Proven hands-on experience in software design, development, and maintenance.

  Previous leadership and management experience

  Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Technology based subject.

  Good to Have Skills:

  Knowledge of cloud development, REST API's and CI/CD pipeline will be added advantage.AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
