Overview

　　The role is built to aid the ND&A team by developing tools that deliver growing business needs around product nutrition. The team is looking for key resources that can support tool development while growing the team's capabilities from an infrastructure perspective. The role requires the candidate to be proficient in cloud infrastructure along with low code development.

　　Responsibilities

　　Build reusable tools that can be used at scale & evolved as the business progresses to achieve standardization & efficiency. Create and test functional prototypes to reach the best possible stakeholder experience. Structure the back end for new tools/application to expand data availabilityImprove tool capabilities by introducing or incorporating the latest offerings from AzureImprove cross-tool stability, scalability, and security using automation and integrating Pepsico prescribed platforms into the automation

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree (6 - 8 years experience) Familiarity with Agile development methodology and toolsDeep understanding of application design, development, support and enhancement lifecycle, managing service levels, metrics and status reportingSolid analytical and critical thinking skillsPower Apps, Power Automate, Power BI,SQLAbility to develop and maintain documentation of business processes /system enhancementsStrong UI/UX development skills Solid knowledge of no-code tools and how to use themPrevious experience in building no-code applicationsExpertise in Azure Cloud developmentVery Good Logical reasoning and algorithm / problem solving capabilitiesGreat stakeholder management skillsSolution-oriented approach to problem solvingAbility to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve process & deliverablesDepth and breadth of custom and syndicated research/analyticsStrong in financial modelling, economic analysis and creative problem solvingAbility to work independently with minimal oversight and excellent written and oral communication skillsConnects with cross functional partners in PepsiCo Global R&D to source relevant data and insights
