Potential To Move to a Hybrid/Remote Schedule

　　Description:

　　Expected to work independently managing aspects of their projects, management of their individual deliverables in the support of their assigned projects, and supporting tasks assigned by their manager towards larger project deliverables

　　o Working knowledge of Word and Excel (rest of Office Suite) is key.

　　o Candidate should have hands-on direct experience with Change Control (Ownership or Task Ownership)

　　 preferably via the Trackwise software

　　 familiarity with SmartSolve is a plus.

　　o Familiarity with DraftSight, SolidWorks, DOORs, and any kind of Statistics programs – NICE TO HAVE

　　o Mechanical background in fluid dynamics, hands-on testing, leak and lifecycle testing – ALL NICE TO HAVE

　　o From a soft-skill side we are looking for someone positive and persistent in their work.

　　o Someone that is dedicated and diligent towards completing tasks and looking for the next thing to do.

　　o Can work well independently and as part of a team, someone that is self-starting and self-motivated proactive as opposed to reactive.

　　o Must be comfortable with work that can be repetitive but can complete it in a timely manner. Someone that communicates progress effectively and can work independently while being flexible enough to handle shifting priorities.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 1-3 years of working experience

　　Candidate should have hands-on direct experience with Change Control (Ownership or Task Ownership)

　　 preferably via the Trackwise software

　　 familiarity with SmartSolve is a plus.
