　　Position: R&D Data Analyst and Product Developer SEA - Beauty & Well Being

　　Work Location: Minburi Plant (Nikom Ladkrabang)

　　Report to: Formulation and Digital R&D Lead

　　Job Scope: Working closely with Digital R&D, the digital lead teams across B&W SEA countries, functions, and Global Digital R&D team. Data analyst will play a key role in data analytics/data visualization and delivering the digital transformation required for business unit.

　　Main responsibilities: This role is responsible for data analyst that very good data analytics/data visualization skills and has background in science/engineering. Able to lead product development that delight consumers and use the best of Unilever Science and technology toolboxes. The job holder will also communicate about the product features to internal and external audiences and develop claims and product stories.

　　Drive the data and digital transformation agenda within B&W SEA RD capability through collaboration with cross function and digital leads and the Digital R&D team to develop and implement data analytics and digital solutions.

　　Lead the definition, prioritization, development and execution of priority analytics tools and data visualizations.

　　Work collaboratively with digital leads to understand their needs and translate into data / digital solutions that will improve the daily operations and simplify the onboarding process for R&D innovations and operation management.

　　Lead the delivery of digital upskilling (Data Literacy & Digital Tool Awareness & adoption) across the wider B&W SEA R&D community.

　　Identify & communicate business impact stories from deployed data analytics to further drive operational adoption and team engagement.

　　Partner with Digital R&D to manage BW SEA RD digital budget and multi-function IT resource needs.

　　To be responsible for developing products Hair/skin care products and conduct technical scoping across functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Global team, Finance etc.

　　Formulation development on time delivery of new product Innovations, sustainability, compliance and cost savings Program.

　　Be B&W SEA representative in R&D in network meetings for both local and global teams meeting.

　　Plan and conduct lab validation, preparation of product samples, and stability test as required and prepare reports with the data.

　　Assist in project risk assessment and decision making.

　　Complete technical transfer technical dockets, formulation specification finalization into system.

　　Work with consumer insights team and packaging teams to assist in development of relevant claims and packaging.

　　To understand Unilever Policy, Code of Conduct and keep confidentiality of all Unilever's confidential document.

　　Job scope involves working in the laboratory at Minburi to develop and analyze products, along with developing product claims and stories.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor/ master’s degree in science (chemistry / cosmetic science), data science (analytical) or Engineering or equivalent experience in capability field.

　　Knowledge of data management, analytics, and data science or digital background, Pref Power BI knowledge.

　　A passion for data and the opportunities to be unlocked from data analytics and robust data management

　　International education/experience working with international company is desirable.

　　2-5 years of experience in product development is preferable.

　　Excellent team working skills and be able to work under pressure/complexity.

　　Personally, enjoys beauty products and communication, and is social media savvy.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills, and solid presentation skills in English preferred

　　Keep abreast of the current trend in beauty and personal care areas

　　Demonstrates natural curiosity for consumer and shopper, competitor actions. Brings insights into project team and takes actions on them.

　　Practical experience in Laboratory environments or Factory Processing is desirable.

　　Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

　　Any nationality willing to work in Thailand (SEA preferred)
