　　ManTech is seeking an experienced RCOH Alpha Acquisition Analyst - Business Processes in Newport News, VA.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　The RCOH Alpha Acquisition Analyst (Business Processes) assists the RCOH Alpha Acquisition Manager, the RCOH Project Supervisor, Deputy Assistant Program Manager and Ship Design Manager in developing, tracking and analyzing program management metrics and key indicators.

　　Duties include analyzing:

　　Cost reports

　　Cost estimates and cost models

　　Labor studies and manning reports

　　Contract clause adherence

　　and other contract deliverable requirements in an Alpha Acquisition environment supporting various Integrated Project Teams (IPT’s) from Level I to Level 3.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Minimum of ten years relevant experience in shipbuilding / ship repair business analysis

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Knowledge of MS Excel, Access and Power Point

　　One must have exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

　　One must be able to work well alone and as part of a team.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree in business

　　Project /Program Management experience

　　​ Clearance Requirements:

　　Must be US Citizen

　　Must have active DoD secret clearance

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
