You Are:

A Consulting expert with deep professional experience working across the High-Tech industries. You are high energy and have a passion for the High-Tech industry. You are at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. As a consultant, you are an expert at executing on strategic plans. You consider yourself to be very adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.

The Work :

Partner with clients across the High Tech industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizations

Lead execution teams to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendations

Create and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with High Tech clients

Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

Manage responses to RFPs and support business development efforts

Mentor junior members of the team

Travel as needed, up to 80%

Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 8 years’ combined experience in consulting and working in the High-Tech industry

Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: platform implementations, Cloud transformation, and/or the execution of large-scale functional transformations

Bachelor’s degree

Bonus Points if:

You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Strong client communication skills

A proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
