Summary:
Responsible for multi-modality, multi-site, scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming physician orders for appointments for Radiology locations. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, physicians and staff. Responsible for multi-line phone calls and providing customer service to customers present in department occurring simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Must have High School diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's course work or additional business courses desirable.Two years' experience in medical field.Knowledge of medical and Radiologic terminology sufficient to respond to general inquiries.Working knowledge of computer use and systems and data entry.• perate and understand use of various office machines: copier, fax, voice mail, e-mail. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
