Job Description:
Information Security Analyst Advisor
Leads an integrated RA team at two locations (Seaside, CA and the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA), providing on-site RA support in both NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments. Responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining RA Program documentation for NIPRNet and SIPRNet, collaborating with DMDC divisions.
Oversees and executes the process of providing token services, issuing certificates, revoking certificates, and managing key recovery. Processes certificate requests through DMDC's Change Management process, collaborating with our Change Manager to ensure proper oversight and compliance with DMDC procedures.
Maintains the internal SharePoint webpage for the DMDC RA Program, including managing email groups and access groups. Generates various reports, including the Certificate Expiration Annual Report, RA Program Monthly Report, and ad hoc reporting, as required. Monitors the entire lifecycle of RA certificates, including managing annual certificate expirations, notifying the DMDC Certificate Board, and escalating certificate expiration issues.
Coordinates with our Training Development and Technical Writing team to design and execute training sessions for the RA Program, stakeholders, and team members, as necessary. Ensures the RA Program maintains audit readiness and participates in program audits, including those without advance notice.
As part of our CSI2 program, identifies opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, incorporating feedback and lessons learned. Produces RA Program Documentation (Del 81) within 90 days of contract award and updated as required. Provides RA Program Reports (Del 82) on a monthly, annual, and ad hoc basis.

Education :
5-8 years of experience, BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience

CompTIA Security+ DoD PKI RA Credential or equivalent
