　　Quoting Support Specialist

　　Job Description:

　　We are looking for an ambitious individual, who wants to start a career in a global organization. The person will join a team of Quoting Support Specialists responsible for quotations in the UK and Nordics region.

　　What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

　　Tender & Costing Quoting for designated suppliers.Work on daily QLRs and notifications.Support CPI internally and with suppliers.Profit-seeking - identify and recover "lost" margin incl. requote activities.Part administration and maintenance with MDM (incl. attributes, technical parameters).Take care together with finance on rejected S&D claims.Forge excellent relationships with suppliers, sales and end customers.Collect and share tools and best practices.Close collaboration with Marketing & Asset Team.

　　What Are We Looking For?

　　Good customer focus (internal and external customers).Good communication skills.Confident, like contact with others.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Fluent English.Experience in purchasing, quoting, customer service within supplier, manufacturing, distribution or service industry will be an advantage.
