Job Title: Quarry Heavy Equipment Operator

　　Overview: As a Quarry Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll play a vital role in the extraction of raw materials and the overall operations of our quarry. You'll be involved in various tasks related to the extraction, processing, and transportation of materials, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist in the extraction of materials from the quarry using hand tools, equipment, and machinery.

　　Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

　　Transport materials within the quarry and load trucks for transportation to other locations or customers.

　　Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.

　　Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization in accordance with safety standards

　　Laborer duties include directional flagging of heavy and light duty traffic, stormwater BMP installation, demo, install and repair fencing and assisting in site survey and staking.

　　May drive special purpose vehicles, including end dump trucks, center dump truck units and water trucks

　　Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets efficiently.

　　Report any equipment malfunctions, incidents, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Previous experience in a similar labor-intensive role, preferably in a quarry or construction setting, is advantageous.

　　Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.

　　Basic understanding of machinery operation and willingness to learn to operate heavy equipment.

　　Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

　　Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

　　Willingness to adhere to company policies and regulations.

　　Valid driver's license may be required.

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., loaders, excavators, dump trucks).

　　Knowledge of basic maintenance practices for machinery.

　　Familiarity with safety protocols in quarry or mining environments.
