JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Under the general direction of the QualityControl Supervisor and the Quality Engineer supporting the CMM Lab, theQuality CMM Operator II is responsible for working with the QualityEngineer to program and process parts through the CMM Lab in order tovalidate manufactured parts and to satisfy facility demand. ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS * Set up and program the Zeiss Accura and Contura CMMmachines in Calypso. * Ability to program, set up, and operate multipleCMM machines. * Experience with Hexagon Romer Arm with RS5 laserscanner and PC-DMIS. * Generate and manage dimensional reports. *Troubleshoot out-of-tolerance dimensions to ensure rejections arevalidated. * Utilize small measurement equipment/ gaging to supportdimensional verification. * Communicate and work with Production ValueStreams to ensure flow of product is maintained. * Support MDI and MRBactivity associated with the CMM Lab. * Communicate daily demand andstatus to Quality Management. * Generate and manage necessary qualitynotifications for nonconforming product. * Physical Demands: Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required touse hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employeefrequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee isoccasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must be able tolift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
