　　More seasoned PM but no specific length of time (5+ years)Working with project manager software: they are using SmartsheetAny ERP implementation experienceEnterprise level tech implementationWhat You'll Do:This position will work with the Strategic Projects and Company Initiatives group and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects, with a focus on an ERP implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project delivery.Primary Responsibilities:

　　ERP Implementation: Partner with the ERP Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals andScope Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring they are clearly understood by all stakeholders. Continuously monitor and manage scope changes, assessing their impact on project timelines and budgets.Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project.```{=html}

　　```- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and keep projects on track.- Communication: Work with the Change Management team to maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders by providing regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, risk registers, and lessons learned. Ensure all project information is organized and accessible for future reference.

　　Work ExperienceWhat You'll Need:
