Quality Technician - CMM Operator / Inspector - Medina, OH - JOB 23-00858Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $28.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits2nd Shift - Monday -- Thursday - 4:30 PM -- 3:00 AMA Manufacturing Company is seeking a Quality Technician -- CMM Operator/Inspector. Key responsibilities include programming of new parts for First Run and Prototype Inspection on CMM, Reverse Engineering by assisting the Engineering Department by scanning new and replacement die components. Conduct In process production Inspections, Create and prepare APQP documentation for PPAP's, Create, Inspect and populate Layout Inspection Reports, etc.Requirements• High School Diploma or GED required.• AutoCAD (2D), Inventor (3D) or similar product i.e., Unigraphics)• CAM Training (Surfcam, or similar product i.e., Mastercam)• Must be familiar with CMM machines (Brown & Sharpe is a plus).• Must be familiar with PC-DMIS 3.5 or better programming software for CMM.• Must be able to read and interpret Blueprints.• Good understanding and ability to interpret prints correctly that are dimensioned using GD&,T tolerance.• Must be familiar with Tool & Die and stamping environments.• Must be familiar with measuring instruments and gage concepts used in stamping plants.• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)• Must have good organizational skills.• Must have good problem-solving skills.• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• 2nd Shift Mon -- Thurs 4:30 PM -- 3:00 AMCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
