Summary of Position:

　　The Quality Technician will perform a variety of quality functions throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with both customer and regulatory standards. These duties will range from physical inspection of products to maintenance of documentation and support of Continuous Improvement initiatives. An ideal candidate will have experience with both Quality Assurance and Quality Control within a manufacturing environment, preferably with precision machined components. The ability to read and understand engineering drawings is necessary, with a particular emphasis on strong GD&T comprehension.

　　Job Duties:

　　Inspection of product: Typically, first piece, in-process, and receiving inspections, with Final Inspection as needed to support business needs. Perform follow up actions for non-conforming product such as identification and segregation of affected product.Calibration and setting of gages.```{=html}

　　```- Assist with preparation, completion, and submission of certifying documentation such Certificates of Conformance, PPAPs, and FAIRs.

　　```- Help facilitate and perform process audits and annual ISO audits.

　　```- Assist in maintaining the company's quality system documentation. Revise and control quality documents based on internal and external changes.

　　```- Help ensure the company complies with ISO accreditation requirements.

　　```- Other necessary tasks as directed by the Quality Manager.

　　Position Requirements:

　　Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.```{=html}

　　```- Experience with precision hand measuring equipment

　　```- Experience working within Quality Management Systems that are compliant to industry standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100

　　```- 3+ years of experience in Quality or a complementary role.
