Shift:
1st and 2nd
Description:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
Follow Standardized Work Instructions
Perform Check fixture inspections during production activity and record in QA database at the required frequency of the Control Plans.
Gather data and report findings within a structured format (use of customer specific format if required)
Lead quality team on respective shift
Monitor calibrated gages for damage, due dates.
Issue Internal and External Quality Alerts
Lead containment activities when required.
Train and develop auditors in the QMS system.
Lead LPA completion on respective shift
Assist in the ongoing development and training of policies and procedures relative to the Quality Management Systems
Lead shift to shift communication between quality and production leadership.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Usage of various measuring devices (calipers, Micrometers, check fixtures, scale, MFI, etc.)
Understanding customer dimensional submissions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team building, Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5-why, Fishbone, etc.)
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
