Working with the industry leader provides you with the state of the art work facilities, and a map for career growth into the future.Let us help you to elevate your career by joining our team!Responsibilities:* Assist in review of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, processes and services.* Maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.* Collect and verify data to support the identification of root cause routine problems.* Provide ideas and concepts for corrective action development.* Support quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements.* Assist with hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.* Document audit results in standard formats.* Compile data and provides recommendations for material review disposition.* Work under general supervision.Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree combined with 3 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* 5+ years experience as a Structures mechanic/technician making repairs or new build during O-Level or Depot maintenance. MRO experience is a plus.* 5+ years' experience with U.S. Navy or USMC aviation logistics, maintenance and acquisition practices* Experience with 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP)* 5+ years' experience maintaining F/A-18E/F, EA-18G Aircraft Logs, and Records Books IAW 4790.2* 5+ years' experience with COMNAVAIRINST 4790.2* Series quality assurance programs such as FOD and Tool Control* Capable of traveling on an as needed basis (up to 25% of the time)* Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):* 7+ years of experience with F/A-18 QAS, Full Systems QAR, CDQAR or CDI* Experience with MPA or CNAL audits* Experience with RCCA, CARs, PQDRs, EIs, Maintenance Mishap Incident InvestigationsYour RecruiterStill have questions?
