(Monday -Thursday) 3:00PM - 1:00AM We are seeking a skilled and motivated 2ndShift Quality Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role inensuring the quality and safety of our products. The Quality Supervisorwill be responsible for overseeing the implementation of qualityprocesses, conducting inspections, leading the Quality Team, andcollaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure all finishedproducts meet Masters Gallery Foods and customer quality standards andspecifications. Coordinate, schedule and manage a team of QualityLead/Auditors, Quality Technicians, and Quality Testers, providingleadership, training and guidance. Monitor and analyze quality metricsto identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide regularreports to management on quality performance. Oversee quality offinished product produced at the facility. Oversee Production andQuality Audits on quality checks and procedures. Train new employees onHazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good ManufacturingPractices (GMP), and assist with annual GMP review. Oversee extended runprocess. Assist plant management in trouble shooting quality issues.Train and familiarize all employees with quality management andstandards, as well as facilitate monthly meetings. Assist with managingand issuing production non-conformances. Establish corrective actionsand preventive controls. Oversee quality systems to satisfy internal andcustomer requirements to include process evaluation, sanitationprograms, product labeling, product storage, and distribution.
