Quality Project Analyst

Opportunity
The Project Analyst, Quality at the Wisconsin Vitreous Plant is responsible for working with the PNA Quality systems personnel and the Wisconsin plant personnel to implement and maintain the ISO Quality System.
Specific Responsibilities
Understanding and communicating the ISO Quality System to all other Wisconsin personnel.
Working with area Representatives and persons in responsibility and authority to maintain
Documented Procedures
Work Instructions
Reference Documents
Forms
Training Documents, etc.
Control Plans, FMEA’s, Process Maps
Write and maintain all Level 2 (Company Wide) ISO Procedures.
Oversee and administrate Internal Auditing Process.
Train New Internal Auditors.
Assign and issue Internal Audit Schedules.
Enter Internal Audits and ICAR’s (Internal Corrective Action Request’s) into the Access Database.
Review proposed ICAR’s and issue to proper management associate.
Work with Quality Manager, VPE to plan and carry out required External Audits
Help present required ISO Management Review meetings for Wisconsin Management Staff.
Maintain ISO computer database (Word, Excel, Access, etc., Information).
Active role in quality projects.

Skills/Requirements
Minimum education is Associate Degree in Technical Field, and/or at least five years’ experience in the manufacturing and quality environment.
Experience with MS Office products, Access would be preferred
Automation experience with logic control, robotics preferred.

The salary range for this position is $64,600 - $81,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
