Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Manager to join our team! In this role you will have overall responsibility to ensure compliance of constructed works to the specified QAQC requirements.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Ensure staff reporting to the incumbent have full understanding of the project specification and Schedule Q requirements.

　　Ensure project deliverables are completed to the correct standard at the required timing, for each trade.

　　Ensure independent inspection and testing agencies employed by contractors on site and in factories are performing in accordance to their accreditation requirements.

　　Ensure contractors across all trades meet their project specification and Schedule Q requirements.

　　Management of module QAQC staff to ensure coverage of activities at all times required by construction.

　　Ensure that only inspected and approved work is invoiced by contractors.

　　Ensure that quality audits are performed by contractors and their agencies, and by the Delivery Partners.

　　Manage and ensure timely close-out of all NCRs raised by the various parties.

　　Ensure compliance to the project’s safety and environmental requirements by module QAQC staff.

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Multi-trade construction QAQC, including some MEP experience to US standards in any of Airport terminals, shopping malls or high-rise buildings.

　　PMC and some contracting experience required. Some KSA experience required.

　　Experience in the application of CSI project specifications.

　　Bachelor degree in either architecture or civil engineering

　　Experience in the handing-over of a project.

　　Minimum experience 15 years technical experience, 5 years in a managerial role
