The Quality Inspector plays an important role by ensuring that thecircuit cards, electronic components, and electro-mechanical componentsare manufactured correctly and functioning properly. The work of theQuality Inspector helps to reduce failures and delays as we builddisplays, onboard computing, and communication solutions that makeflying safer. How You Will Do It: Inspect circuit cards, electronic, andelectro-mechanical components, per drawings, procedures and workinstructions. Prepare and upload results of test and inspection. UtilizeERP system. Maintain organized work area. Perform other various types ofinspection as required. What We Look For: High school diploma or GEDequivalent from an accredited institution. Must be detail orientated andhave strong organizational skills. Must be able to understand writtenwork instructions and drawings. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel. Must beable to use the microscope for extended periods of time. Must be able tosuccessfully pass Astronautics 1-week Acceptability of ElectronicAssemblies training class. Eligible to work in the US withoutsponsorship. Excellent vision, ability to lift up to 35 pounds andsit/stand for extended periods of time. Preferred Electronics assemblyexperience. Minimum 3 years of relevant inspection experience.
