　　Responsibilities

　　Execute hands-on manual and automated Fill/Finish operations, including equipment preparation, aseptic filling, product inspection, and packaging

　　Utilize equipment such as autoclaves, syringe filling machines, COP cabinets, semi-automatic inspection machines, packaging equipment, and material handling devices.

　　Perform tasks such as equipment cleaning, room sanitization, equipment assembly, component replenishment, inspection, and packaging.

　　Ensure compliant and safe operation of processing equipment, including autoclaves, parts washers, aseptic fillers, semi-automatic inspection machines, etc.

　　Maintain a high state of readiness within the production area.

　　Act as a troubleshooter to resolve and communicate equipment, process, and compliance issues to the supervisor.

　　Support or conduct deviation investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

　　Contribute to the creation and revision of Fill/Finish related documents.

　　Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement relevant tools.

　　Adhere to basic safety, environmental, health, and work rules, including SOPs and cGMP guidelines.

　　Handle the removal of hazardous waste.

　　Perform production area and equipment recovery activities, including cleaning of rooms, fillers, parts washers, and miscellaneous equipment.
