Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, printed circuit boards, and final product inspections, providing detailed reports, photos, and documentation to suppliers.
Inspect purchased parts, subassemblies, discrete components, or finished products according to established criteria, utilizing tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and visual systems.
Generate electronic and hard copy inspection reports using company ERP systems.
Document inspection results, reporting non-conformances and assisting in first article inspections.
Aid in processing vendor returns.
Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
Collaborate in resolving quality issues in an ethical and efficient manner.
Offer input for improvements in products, processes, and systems.
