Job Description
As Quality Governance & Process Manager you are the process owner for Asset, Risk & Opportunity Management and additionally are the responsible Quality Case Manager for the coordination of all emerging Quality Cases using Structured Problem Solving in Tires IT.
In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:
Definingthe quality strategy and roadmap for information assets, risks and opportunity management for Tires ITResponsibilityfor aligning top management's quality strategy, framework and activities with stakeholders within and outside the IT organizationDefiningroles and responsibilities for Information Asset, Risk & Opportunity Management and Quality Case Management within Tires ITCoordinatingand supporting the Quality Board within Tires IT on all issues related to Information Asset, Risk & Opportunity and Quality Case ManagementInterface with the Tire Group Sector Quality organization and the global Quality IT Network for Information Asset, Risk & Opportunity ManagementValidatingand approvingall quality cases in general and in particular to resolve structure issues (documents such as 8D and A3) in respect to processes conformity within Tires ITSupporting the Quality Assurance Manager on all central audits (internal and external) related to Information Asset, Risk & Opportunity ManagementSupporting process owners' risk assessments and drivingprocess related improvement actionsCoordinatingregular assessments/internal controls to ensure compliance with IT regulations, standards and internal policiesGet to know some of your new colleaguesalready today on our website .

QualificationsAcademic degree (University of Applied Science or higher) in MINT, economical with a strong technical track record and severalyears of work experience or comparable qualificationProven experience as a Risk Manager or relevant roleMultiple years of work experience in managing and leading functional projectteamsThorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standardsCertification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, TISAX, etc.)Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsBusiness fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills are desirableOutstanding presentation and communication skillGood team workskills, intercultural sensitivity and high interest in working in global, virtual teamsStrong focus on Quality with a self-orientated and goal-driven working-styleApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
