As the Quality Final Inspector, will inspect and disposition final products intended for distribution to Philips Image Guided Therapy Device (IGTD) customers following established inspection procedures.
Your role:
Coordinate workload with other inspectors and provide guidance within the team when needed
Review relevant documents for updating when necessary and provide suggestions for improvement.
Update relevant work instructions as necessary
Assist with NCR and CAPA activities as needed
On-going development and objective analysis; documents the results of inspections and dispositions of finished product for distribution to Philips Volcano Customers.
Inspections of Finish Good materials, kits, and sub-assemblies to specifications and requirements, and execute release in ERP System
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Medical Device Industry with product visual and functional inspection duties; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Your skills include strong analytical skills with working knowledge of statistical methods, experience with risk management procedures and failure modes and effects (FMEA) analysis, experience writing inspection reports, presenting results to managements as required, computer literacy is required, working knowledge of standards ISO 13485 and quality standards 21 CFR 820
You have a AA degree or higher in Science, Business or Engineering discipline, bachelor’s degree preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.
You work well in a matrixed managed organization, you have clear/effective oral and written communication, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills, ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $22.80 to $39.09, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
