About the role
Lead the implementation of quality requirements from the Group, Regulatory Bodies and customers. Supports the business strategies by facilitating New Product introduction and Transfer recipe projects to ensure success. Overall in charge of maintaining the Halal, Kosher, and Sustainability status of our products. Train and monitor the quality of process control.
Key responsibilities include
Lead the team on RCA and CAPA for quality-related issues to prevent reoccurrence
Maintenance of Quality Plan by incorporating and implementing requirements from Groups, Regulatory bodies and customers
Maintain the Halal, Kosher, and sustainability programs
Work with the Process and R&D team to ensure success on New Product Introduction and Transfer Recipes Projects
Overall in charge of training and maintaining the quality of process control
Supports Laboratory activities
Support site’s internal audit program based on FSSC 22000 standards
Maintain and control of hold & expired stocks
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry/Food Technology/Biochemistry or other Science-related discipline
FSSC 22000 Internal audit certification will be a plus point
Prior working experience in Quality or R&D function is required
Knowledge or prior experience running shelf life studies is a plus point
Experience in SAP is a plus point
Good Communication skills (English) are required
Able to use basic Microsoft offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Chocolate, Fat, is a plus point
Knowledge of HACCP is a plus point
