A snapshot of your day :

　　You will work on the continuous improvement of our products and processes. In this role, you’ll lead by driving manufacturing and repair processes, development, and improvement projects, and collaborating with combustion design and repair engineering groups to innovate new products. Your work will also impact society by helping to reduce the cost of fabrication and machining of gas turbine combustion components using our innovative manufacturing processes.

　　How You’ll Make an Impact

　　Developing and implementing Quality plans for new parts, writing and understanding quality procedures and technical documents to ensure adherence and compliance with customer requirements

　　Will identify and eliminate obstacles to manufacturing flow and work on the continuous improvement of products and processes

　　Operating and collaborating as a team member with manufacturing and engineering

　　Leading Quality systems, customer audits, MRB analysis and Driving CAR processes utilizing various analysis tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D and others

　　What You Bring

　　Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5 years of relevant equivalent work experience in industry

　　ISO9001 or AS9100 experience, GD & T knowledge and Auditor Certification is a plus

　　Experience building or implementing Quality systems and strong technical document writing and review abilities

　　Strong analytical/problem-solving skills

　　Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

　　This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

　　Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
