Duties and Responsibilities: Workcollaboratively in a team to implement manufacturing processimprovements Collaborate with program mentors and champions to identifybest methods for automating processes Utilize a structured engineeringapproach to deploy best practices for process control and to improveyields Initiate and/or update documentation of processes into workinstructions Leads capital project efforts to resolve productioncapacity and technology capability issues Present multiple projectupdates to the local leadership team Limited travel required forworkshops and trade shows Essential Knowledge and Skills: Requiresability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsEagerness to learn quickly Excellent communication and interpersonalskills including strong verbal, writing and presentation skills Abilityto lead and participate effectively in cross-functional teams Educationand Experience: Current college junior earning Bachelor\'s degree inMechanical, Manufacturing, Systems or Industrial Engineering Programingexperience is required.
