They have a vast knowledge of pumping equipment and the applications they are used in. The employees have experience from Original Equipment Manufacturers, motor shops, contractors, machine shops and other rotating equipment repair facilities.

　　Summary

　　We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sandblaster to join our team. As a Sandblaster, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, coating, or restoration by removing dirt, rust, old paint, and other debris using specialized sandblasting equipment. Your expertise in operating sandblasting machinery and knowledge of different blasting materials and techniques will be crucial in ensuring high-quality results.

　　ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for sandblasting by cleaning, masking, and taping as necessary.Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment, including sandblasting guns, hoses, nozzles, air compressors, and related tools.Adjust blasting pressure, nozzle distance, and angle to achieve the desired level of surface preparation.Safely and efficiently remove rust, old paint, dirt, and other contaminants from surfaces using sandblasting techniques.Inspect surfaces after sandblasting to ensure proper preparation and identify any areas that require further attention.Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Clean and maintain sandblasting equipment and work area to ensure optimal performance and safety.Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

　　RequirementsProven experience as a Sandblaster or in a similar role.Proficiency in operating sandblasting equipment and related tools.Strong knowledge of different blasting materials and their applications.Ability to read and interpret work orders.Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE requirements in sandblasting operations.Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities

　　Preferred QualificationsExperience working in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings.Knowledge of different surface materials and their specific sandblasting requirements.
