Job Description Summary

　　Focus on products quality and defining controls . Ensure correct alignment with quality requirements. Ensure that manufactured or procured products meet specified standards before they progress to next phase of production or customer delivery. (Verification/Checking) Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

　　Job Description

　　High voltage switchgear products quality plan development and maintain.

　　New localization products quality control deployment and batch quality following.

　　Familiar of the quality tools and usage in the daily work(Such as 8D, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC).

　　Lead team to handle the process quality issue and make correction.

　　Lead teams make 8D analysis for the major quality issue and to make improvement for future.

　　Process monitoring and audit to ensure quality requirement are deployed in the production and tests workstation.

　　Push team to prevent the main quality issue before delivery and continually improvement to decrease the cost of poor quality.

　　Sustain products batch quality stability and FPY improvement with multifunction department, data analysis and summary.

　　Lead quality improvement project and with PDCA methodology.

　　Support supplier quality improvement based on the NC detected in the workshop

　　Products FAT document creation and customer FAT support for the products and tests.

　　Familiar the IEC standard of the high voltage switchgear and routine tests in workshop.

　　Support site issue analysis & customer audit
