　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries

　　Look after archived records by categorizing documents

　　Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Deep understanding of Basic Bookkeeping

　　Expertise in Microsoft Excel

　　Solid understanding of QuickBooks

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　Prior experience using accounting software
