Employs various test protocols and applies standards toensure quality.This is a position with global grade 13This positionreports to Quality ManagerYour responsibilities Develop and implementProject Quality Plan for assigned jobs, Perform Structural, Mechanicaland Electrical In-Process inspections of the eHouses at the vendorslocation Identify quality defects or non-conformance issues, generateSupplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to the vendors and lead theclosure of open quality issues on projects Co-ordinate and overseeFactory Acceptance Tests at the factories and ensure product conformanceto specifications and approved design drawings Co-ordinate IntegratedFactory Acceptance Tests with customer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at the eHouse vendors, lead resolution of punch list elementsprior to shipment Read and interpret as-built electrical equipment andPDC (Power Distribution Center) drawings (single line, generalarrangements, schematics and wiring diagrams etc) and communicateeffectively with suppliers and customers Co-ordinate installation,integration and testing of electrical equipment inside PDC withsupplier(integrator) and field services team Ensure that establishedquality procedures are adhered to during the project lifecycle, and allchecklists are signed off prior to the shipment release of the eHousesDevelop Safety plan for the project and ensure the Safety and EHSprocesses are being followed by the ABB representatives, vendors &customers.
