The Quality Data Coordinator will support BLUE as the primary contact for quality systems information data management. The Technician will be responsible for managing the monthly reports and on-demand reporting in Business Objects (35%), managing invoicing and P.O. assignments (30%), and supporting the ESC Food Safety and Quality programs (35%) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support External Supply Chain (ESC) food safety and quality systems Manage Invoicing and Purchase Order (PO) assignments Support Corrective Action and Reporting system (Smartsheet) Participate in cross functional teams and provide a high level of service to internal partners Manage reporting needs and requests as they relate to business objectives Quality (SQF) Audit Support for Plants Management of distribution lists MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of an Associates Degree with emphasis in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Environmental, Quality Assurance or related technical discipline Strong computer skills, including the ability to use software for data analysis, word processing and presentation Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems Strong statistical skills Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional accountability to support the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) function Basic understanding of food safety and human safety PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 4 year degree with emphasis in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Environmental, Quality Assurance or related technical discipline Strong aptitude for technology; highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven work record of attendance and performance Ability to construct charts and graphs using Excel, organize large amounts of information and accurately trend data and report the results COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $43300.00 - $59600.00 / Annually.
