Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Perform all subassembly and upper level units in multiple areas without build errors
Can project positive influence on areas and associates due to professionalism and reliability
Perform parts ordering, receiving and auditing without issues
Understand and perform ER procedures without supervision
Perform and complete varied tasks through the use of knowledge based experience, adhering to work instructions and applying Honeywell policies and procedures
Ability to work across and test multiple products 15% of the time
Comply with detailed instructions on all work. Works autonomously 25% of the time
Interacts with other Assemblers, Test Team members and Engineering Support
Assignments are varied and require a high level of judgement and discretionary decision making. Utilization of tools, computers, and office equipment as required to complete job related tasks
Perform equipment testing
U.S. Citizen REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years Assembler and Electronic technical experience
WE VALUE
Bonding experience a plus
Experience with Wondermask a plus
Select, drag, or wave solder experience is a plus
Military and/or manufacturing assembly/systems experience preferred
Have an understanding of electronics and experience using general purpose assembly equipment such as oscilloscopes and multi meters
Manual dexterity and ability to use mechanical/electrical and instrumentation tools
Ability to read schematics, follows written procedures, and apply computer skills and technical knowledge to competently troubleshoot and resolve technical
