Quality Control Technician – Day and Night Shifts Available

$19.82-$21.42/hr. DOE + $3.00/hr. night shift differential and weekly attendance bonus!

Mon-Fri 7:00a-5:00p; Mon-Thur 4:50p-3:50a

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist with an eye for detail, who is looking to take the next step in your career? If so, this position is that next step!! An expanding Machine and Tool Company is looking for an experienced Quality Control Technician to join their team. The Quality Control Technician is responsible for verifying that manufactured parts and outside services comply with the customer specifications using inspection control methods and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain inspection reports.

Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications.

Perform inspections across all stages of production.

Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.

Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

1-3+ years of experience in quality inspection role with hands-on knowledge of inspection using both standard calibrated instruments and tools.

Hands-on working knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements a plus.

Experience with drawing interpretation (GDT) and inspection activities, manufacturing processes and problem-solving techniques.

Familiarity with FAI and PPAP inspection procedures.
