　　Review client job descriptions to successfully understand the needs of the hiring managers. DailyIdentify top-performing candidates through creative, professional, and ethical recruiting methods for open technical and professional positions. DailyInterview candidates via phone, in-person, and/or video conference to assess their qualifications. DailyFollow up with candidates to maintain and improve relationships and build credibility. WeeklyPresent candidate to hiring manager through professionally written correspondence. DailyMaintain client/candidate database. DailyQualifications:

　　Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products and MS Outlook (or similar email application).Ability to build strong relationships.Self-Starter/Proactive.Strong written verbal business communication skills.Ability to learn a broad range of technical skills.Previous outside sales, inside sales, or customer service experience is a must.Previous 3rd party recruiting experience or outside sales experience is preferred.Bachelor Degree in business or related field.
