　　Our Quality Control Technician performs and ensures that the physical property of concrete products is compliant with all required specifications through specific testing procedures. The position assists all levels of the operation in establishing and achieving quality control objectives while working closely with the operations and sales departments. A willingness to work longer days and some Saturdays is essential.

　　This position requires effective communication and leadership skills between team members and customers to resolve quality concerns and problems in the lab, at the plant, and in the field, adjusting the concrete mixes using the appropriate admixtures as required.

　　Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license, safe driving record, and a willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check, drug screening and medical exam.
