The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data, and identifying any areas for improvement. The Quality Technician must be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in the quality assurance field.Responsibilities:Perform First Article Inspection, Quality Inspection Plan development and ongoing management.Evaluation of product and process characteristics from new equipment and new processes.Manage calibration system and perform calibration of measurement devices.Support drawing/Spec/ECO review.Maintain records of inspection results and document any discrepancies.Develop and maintain quality control standards.Analyze data to identify trends in product quality.Investigate customer complaints and determine root cause of any issues.Assist in training inspection team members.Thorough knowledge of GD&T and blueprint comprehension.Thorough knowledge of measuring practices and equipment.Working knowledge of ISO requirementsCMM Knowledge preferred (Keyence)Must possess good communication skills.
