Job Summary:
The OCC Manager, in collaboration with the Director of the Office and individual faculty leaders, provides oversight of the development and implementation efforts as well as management of complex budgets including dollars from multiple grants, state dollars, and philanthropy. The Manager will work to create a growing infrastructure and develop and implement strategy to create a state-wide system with sustainable funding, this includes managing staff and assessing staffing needs as well as working with medical directors to recruit additional faculty to provide consultation. The Manager will oversee and direct, along with faculty partners, goal setting, planning, integration, instructional design, marketing, evaluation, and practice engagement. The Manager will also implement educational/training activities, provide oversight on data collection and management, and maintain and grow advisory councils. The Manager will act as a project manager for the build-out of this Office but will also have support from other project management resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of staff responsible for program implementation.
Develop strategic plans, annual goals, performance metrics.
Develop organizational vision and strategy that aligns the goals of CoPPCAP and the Department of Psychiatry.
Manages complex budgets and grant proposals, submissions, and reporting.
Work with faculty and community stakeholders to consider data needs for outcomes assessments to be reported to external stakeholders.
Work with faculty to develop community relationships to assess needs, create advisory councils, develop networks, and create strategy.
Work Location:
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, healthcare administration, public administration, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
Five (5) years of professional business administration/operations or related experience.
One (1) year of supervisory or management experience.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with complicated funding requirements such as those through HRSA grants, state budget dollars, or other federal sources.
Experience with grant budget management.
Project management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range ( or hiring range ) for this position has been established as $73,491 - $93,481 .
The above salary range ( or hiring range ) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
