Job Summary

　　The Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining quality control of products.

　　Schedule: 2pm-10pm M-F with occasional OT

　　Essential Duties/Responsibilities

　　Completes profiles on production finished materials and on product purchases and shipments per Company standards.Serves as liaison between the plant and Central Lab with respect to product quality.Obtain, package, and ship samples for testing to Central LabSubmit test results to Supervisor, General Manager, Plant Manager and Sales Manager.Perform quality analyses on finished products.Maintains lab, materials, and work area in clean condition.Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules & regulations.All other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications

　　Must be at least 18 years of age.High School diploma or GED required.One year of prior laboratory experience.Preferred Qualifications

　　Work well with others in a team, management, and regulatory environment.Highly organized; superior time management skills.Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.Safety conscience; detail oriented; able to multi-task.Good computer and math skills.Basic chemistry knowledge helpful.Physical Demands

　　Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.Frequently lifts up to 20 lbs.Occasionally push, pull, move, or lift 50 lbs.Regularly required reach with hands and arms.Work Environment

　　Job functions will be carried out in an office, lab, or plant environment
