About Quality Control Supervisor

　　We are looking for a 1st. shift Quality Control Supervisor at an automotive foam manufacturer in Flint.

　　Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to work efficiently on their own and as a team in a fast paced setting.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMIETED TO:

　　Quality Control

　　Supervise quality control team

　　Create work instructions and standard operating procedures

　　Perform internal and external audits

　　Complete corrective action plans

　　REQUIRED SKILLS:

　　Quality experience

　　Understand IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards, GM process and procedures and GM PPAP process

　　Understand IMDS System

　　Knowledge of SPC and all the AIAG standards

　　Blueprint reading & GD&T

　　Able to use calipers, micrometers and height gages

　　Word, Excel and Power Point

　　This position will also involve minimal travel within the state. Valid drivers license required.

　　We offer dental, vision, life insurance and AFLAC.
