This is a full-time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package. More than one vacancy may be filled.The successful candidate will be expected to assist the program by coordinating and assisting in daily preparation and operations in the Offensive, Defensive or Special Teams room while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations.Essential FunctionsResponsible for all aspects of any of the following functions within a sport program:Quality Control (provides support to the Offensive, Defensive, and/or Special Teams coaches through film breakdown, evaluation of student-athletes and play development)Identify program needs and implement program improvements.Collaborate with staff to perform administrative tasks in line with program and departmental goals. Serve as ambassador of the program and look for opportunities to connect the program to the community and business partners.May be required to drive a university vehicle and/or student-athletes.May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).Perform related duties based on departmental need.
