As one of our highly skilled Hair Stylists, you will combine your creative expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. Your love and passion for styling, strong interest in learning new techniques will make you successful. As a leader in prestige beauty with a culture focused on diversity of thought and people, we offer excellent development programmes including Blow Dry Bootcamp & Texture Styling.

　　As a Hair Stylist, your memorable high touch client experiences for all hair types and textures, following the Aveda Ultimate Service Cycle within allotted time will drive repeat business, and Home Care Product Recommendations will enable you to meet and exceed your individual sales and productivity goals. This is an exciting opportunity which will allow for a stylist to contribute to the overall success of the overall team and Blow Dar Bar.

　　About you

　　Qualified Level 2 NVQ Hair Stylist or above

　　Demonstrated functional and technical skills to perform a blow dry to Aveda standards

　　A passion and energy to provide authentic and personalised service

　　Flexible availability across days/hours. We want all of our team to have a good work-life balance, please discuss your availability further with the hiring manager before/during the interview

　　Previous salon experience or similar environment is preferred

　　Proof of right to live and work in the country
