　　This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Quality Control Microbiology and Stability Supervisor , you will be responsible for :

　　Managing a team of 3 with one personfocused on product stability testing and two focused on micro testing.

　　Quality Control Microbiological technicalactivities, such as but not limited to: Coordinating environmentalmonitoring testing program, scheduling, and performing purified watertesting, maintaining calibration schedules for Microbiological testing equipment,generating quarterly reports / productivity data, and validationactivities for Software and Equipment.

　　Environmental monitoring programwill include and not limited to: scheduling and performing testing,generating results, and reporting results to area supervision.

　　Purified water testing will includeand not limited to: scheduling and performing testing, generating resultsand consulting with facilities personnel on purified water systemmodifications.

　　Microbiology testing equipment willinclude and not limited to: SAS air samplers, Biolog identificationsystem, Spiral Plater, Platemaker, and Autoclave.

　　Perform bioburden testing onDimension, Stratus, Advia, and Atellica reagents.

　　You can identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them

　　You can learn and follow the Quality Change Process required in the Quality Control and Operations area to be able to plan, author, execute and document projects

　　You understand Quality Control, testing, and microbiology as it pertains to the diagnostics industry

　　You can lead and understand the most complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as sampling, testing and measuring using complex equipment

　　You can develop, recommend and implement technical document changes to meet regulatory quality requirements and SAP based manufacturing system needs

　　You have knowledge of the FDA regulated environment and ISO/IVDD standards

　　You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and other like tools

　　Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalentexperience required.

　　Minimum 2+ years Managing Directreports or other Leadership experience

　　5+ years’ experience in a relevantfield with Microbiology or Medical Technologist background.

　　Strong knowledge of GLP, GMP, andGDP as per clinical chemistry practices.

　　Must be able to work independentlyon a team and be able to multi-task and prioritize daily work.
